At SafeHaven Support, we provide several different types of support. When you arrange your first session with us, your therapist will discuss your reasons for reaching out. Your therapist will then guide you to which pathway is most suitable to meet your needs.

Short term support up to 8 weeks, to come down from strong and difficult emotions after a triggering situation, and work out next steps forward.

You can use this pathway for either (1) general emotional support (person-centred counselling), or (2) structured solution-orientated support to identify the difficulty, set goals, and work towards a solution.

Supporting you with a 3-phase trauma-informed approach whereby: step-1 helps people stabilise and feel they are coping better day-to-day; step-2 people process their trauma, & step-3 people then determine what their experience means for their future.

This pathway is for people who wish to address habitual patterns in their life (e.g. relationship patterns, how they approach conflict etc.). You will take time to do a 'deeper-dive' into where your patterns developed from and the development you wish to achieve to move beyond them.

Whether people have a formal diagnosis or simply can self-identify neurodiversity traits in themselves, this support helps an individual learn about neurodiversity and how to manage better in daily life and work.

Designed for those who are required to support, manage, or lead others in the workplace. This is very short-term support to help navigate concerns and potentially challenging conversations whilst ensuring the welfare of those in roles with these additional responsibilites.
